Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit beautiedbybre.com, create an account, book or purchase services, buy or use a membership, participate in the Community or Stylist Lounge, or otherwise use BeautiedByBre offerings. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. A parent or legal guardian must make and manage bookings for a minor. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect clients, stylists, the business, or the website.

3. Appointments and deposits

• Each retwist, retightening, starter loc, instant loc, or extension service requires a $25 deposit to reserve appointment time.
• Each deposit is applied to the service total. When qualifying services are combined into one appointment, every qualifying service requires its own deposit; other add-ons do not add another deposit.
• You may pay the required deposit or the full fixed service price when that option is available. Any remaining balance is due as communicated for the appointment.
• Appointment times are not final until the booking and payment are successfully confirmed.
• Please provide accurate service and hair information. A service may be adjusted, declined, or rescheduled when the booked option is not appropriate or there is not enough time to perform it safely.

4. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Contact BeautiedByBre as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Because a deposit reserves appointment time, the $25 deposit portion of a confirmed booking is generally nonrefundable. At our discretion, it may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment when you contact us before the original appointment time and a replacement date is available.

If you paid the full service amount and cancel before services are performed, any refund approved will exclude the applicable deposit portion unless required by law. Missed appointments and cancellations after the scheduled start time are not eligible for a deposit refund or transfer. If BeautiedByBre cancels and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduling option, you may choose a refund of the amount paid for that appointment.

Completed beauty services are not refundable merely because preferences change or results vary from an inspiration image. Please contact us promptly with a concern so we can review the service and discuss an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

5. Prices and payment processing

Prices, taxes if applicable, deposit amounts, and the amount due today are shown before checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or Square. Depending on eligibility and device support, checkout may also offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Afterpay. Those providers' separate terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the payment method you submit for the amount shown. Please contact Support before filing a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to identify the charge and help resolve the issue.

6. Client service memberships

Client memberships are prepaid packages for the number and type of appointments displayed at checkout. Unless the offer expressly says otherwise, the package is paid in full, styling is not included, and it does not automatically renew. Memberships are for the named purchaser or recipient and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Once any included appointment or benefit has been used, the package is nonrefundable except where required by law or when BeautiedByBre cannot provide the remaining services. Any expiration date, scheduling condition, or additional package term displayed at purchase becomes part of these Terms.

7. Stylist Suite Membership — temporarily unavailable

New stylist signups and membership purchases are paused. Existing members can manage billing from membership billing. The terms below describe previously offered access.

The Stylist Suite Membership provides access to the BeautiedByBre Stylist Collective and eligible members-only features. A 30-day pass is $10 unless another price is clearly displayed before checkout. A one-time 30-day pass does not renew automatically; another payment adds another access period.

If an automatically renewing monthly plan is offered, its recurring price and renewal status will be clearly shown before purchase. You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date through the method displayed at checkout or by contacting Support. Cancellation stops future charges but does not create a prorated refund for an access period already started, except where required by law.

8. Independent stylists

A stylist's direct suite may display that stylist's services, availability, branding, and payment connection. The stylist providing the booked service is responsible for professional service delivery and any stylist-specific terms clearly disclosed before purchase. Clients may not use one stylist's booking link to combine services or payments with another stylist.

9. Community and Stylist Lounge rules

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give BeautiedByBre a nonexclusive permission to host, display, reproduce, and technically process that content only as needed to operate and promote the feature where you submitted it. Public Community content may be seen and shared by visitors. The Stylist Lounge is reserved for authorized administrators and stylists with active access.

Do not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive content; malware; spam; confidential client information; or content you do not have permission to share. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules or create safety, legal, or operational risk. Authors may delete eligible posts and comments through available account controls.

10. Website availability and intellectual property

BeautiedByBre owns or licenses the website design, branding, text, graphics, and software, excluding user content and third-party materials. You may use the website for personal or legitimate business purposes connected to its offered services. You may not copy, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or another person's account.

We may update, interrupt, or discontinue website features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, but we will make reasonable efforts to maintain the services clients and members have purchased.

11. Disclaimer and limitation

Beauty-service outcomes vary based on hair condition, maintenance, prior treatments, and other individual factors. Information on the website is not medical advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BeautiedByBre is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use. This section does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

12. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update the Terms as offerings or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a different date is stated.
